Staff were very friendly and helpful even when faced with multiple unusual requests due to a special diet one of us had to follow. The rooms were very nice, albeit not particularly spacious.

Perfect central location - close to everything. Well equipped for kids of all ages - my toddler had the best time! And great for me to relax during happy hour

Perfect accomodation for purpose of visit of Legoland. Also in hotel there were of course some attributes corresponding with Legoland near by. Especially for families with children the accomodation was fully sufficient and interesting for childen.

Overall a nice place to stay when going to Legoland with your kids - nicely decorated and spacious rooms, a good variety of breakfast, a playing area for the kids and helpful staff that made us feel very welcome. It is very close to the city center, 12min walking distance from the central station and most important, there is an ice cream place just next to the hotel :)!

The hotel is not very far from the train station in Gunzburg, it's overall easy to find. There is a supermarket just nearby, which can be useful. Loved our room, very cosy and clean, big bathroom as well. The staff was kind & helpful. Breakfast offers a vast selection of sweet and savoury food, including plant-based milks/drinks. The lobby is well decorated and cosy. There's a bar, as well as a mini-bar and mini-shop at the reception.

We travelled with kids and a pet. The hotel has a great location. Just minutes away from the historic city center and a short drive to LEGOLAND. The rooms were just fine, modern, simple design. No frills, but you have what you need and a bit of comfort. Very nice staff. There are no meeting no minifridges, so that was inconvenient, but overall a nice place. They have a bar, which is great when you just want to relax with a drink.

This Hotel is perfect for Families with kids. There is nice little play area, on 3 floor is little climbing station. ( I think all floors have it) When we arrive kids get little gift. Near Hotel is playground, you can have nice and chill walk. Train station is also not really far from Hotel. We visit Legoland and all was perfect! We loved it!

The hotel is located about 800 meters from the railway and bus station. To restaurants and cafes about 100-200 meters. Very tasty and varied breakfast. Everywhere is clean. We were settled earlier than the scheduled time, so they saw that the child was tired. There is an Italian gelateria in the building of the hotel!!! There is a grocery store REWE a five minute walk from the hotel.
